At Cady Brook we have knowledgeable budtenders available in store to answer any cannabis questions you might have, but here are some tips to help you get started:

Know Your Feel

Cannabis can have a wide range of effects that every body reacts to differently. Knowing what kind of high you are looking to experience can help you and your budtender find the perfect products for you to try.

Sativa, Indica, or Hybrid?

These are common terms used in dispensaries to narrow down which products fit the type of high you’d like to experience.

• Sativa products tend to have a cerebral head-high effect, great for feeling a more energized and uplifted high.
• Indica products tend to have a relaxed body-high effect, great for feeling a more relaxed and calm high.
• Hybrid products tend to land in the middle with some leaning either towards indica or sativa, great for a more overall balanced high.

What Additional Equipment Will You Need?

How much prep work and additional accessories you’ll need will vary depending on what type of cannabis product you choose. We have a selection of accessories available for sale, so ask your budtender what you might need to enjoy the products you select.

• Pre Rolls, Edibles, and Disposable Vapes (all-in-ones) are good to enjoy straight away, no additional prep required.
• Flower and Concentrates take more prep and require specific equipment like grinders, papers, bowls, bongs, nectar collectors, or dab rigs to fully enjoy.
• Vape Cartridges require a battery to function. 510′ Screw On Batteries are the most common, but some brands will have specialty batteries for their vape cartridges.

Know the Rules

Cannabis is a highly controlled substance and has restrictions for who can enter dispensaries and how much individuals can purchase per day.

Identification
To come in and shop with us you’ll need to provide a valid (non-expired) state or government-issued identification. We require the physical id cards, no paper or photos accepted. Even if you aren’t purchasing, you will need to show valid identification to enter, so please plan accordingly.

We accept the following forms of identification:

• U.S. ID Card
• State-issued Driver’s License
• Passport
• U.S. Armed Forces and Merchant Marine ID Cards

Daily Allotments
In Massachusetts, the cannabis purchase allotment limit per customer is 28g (1oz) of flower which equates to 5g of concentrates, or 500mg of edibles, or 5,000mg of tincture. You are allowed to purchase a variety of different cannabis products during your visit to Cady Brook, but be aware some products may take up more of your daily allotment than others. Your budtender will work with you in store to ensure you are not purchasing past your daily limits.

At Cady Brook, we have variety of products to fit most budgets, but knowing how much you’re looking to spend can help you and your budtender find the best products menu has to offer.

Preferred Payment Methods
At Cady Brook Cannabis we accept:

• Cash – We have an ATM on site ($2.00 Service fee)
• Debit Card – Our machines will round totals in $5 increments, with the difference returned in cash. ($3.50 Service Fee)
• CanPay – A third-party app specifically for purchases at cannabis retailers.
